A patient scans the chamber's QR, opens a link or sends one SMS and gets a confirmed serial. From home they watch “now serving #3, 4 ahead, about 40 minutes”; the phone calls them when it’s time to leave. The doctor's screen moves the queue and the next patient's phone rings by itself.

Reception issues a token (A-12) in two clicks; the waiting-area TV shows now serving and next. Customers pick a service, a stylist or “anyone”, a time — then confirm with an SMS code. No app, no sign-up. Walk-ins take a token online and get a “you’re next” SMS. Staff see “my day” on their own phone; commission is calculated, not argued.
